About the Role
- Tetr is looking for a highly driven individual to build and manage industry partnerships across India and Dubai.
- In this role, you'll engage with startups, scale ups, and leading enterprises to create internship opportunities, live projects, mentorship programs, and industry experiences for students.
- This role combines business development, partnerships, stakeholder management, and program execution in a fast paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Partnerships, Account Management, Career Services, or Employer Relations.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ownership driven environment.
- Experience in startups, SaaS, EdTech, or consulting is a plus.
