- Take on increasing responsibilities in deal closures based on demonstrated performance and learning progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client facing roles (internships or part time roles count)
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Confidence in presenting to clients and building relationships
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
- Highly organized with good time management skills

Role Overview

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client facing roles (internships or part time roles count).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in presenting to clients and building relationships.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Passion for real estate, sales, and learning the full sales cycle.
- Highly organized with good time management skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written); Russian is a plus.
- A valid UAE driving license is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of client meetings and property inspections supported.
- Conversion leads to proposal and contract stages.
- Timely updates and responsiveness within the CRM system.
