Role Overview

  • Mechon International is looking for a proactive and target oriented Business Development Executive to support our international sales operations across industries including construction, mining, transportation, marine, and power generation
  • The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B lead generation, customer follow ups, CRM handling, and outbound prospecting

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and qualify incoming leads generated by the marketing team
  • Follow up with prospects through phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn
  • Reactivate inactive and existing customer databases
  • Generate new business leads through online research and prospecting tools
  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets

Requirements

  • Experience in business development, tele sales, or lead generation
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales follow up processes
  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Ability to research companies and identify decision makers
  • Organized, target driven, and proactive attitude
