Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to manage incoming leads from the marketing team, reactivate old customer databases, and generate new business leads using online research and data scraping tools.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in CRM handling and outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and qualify leads provided by the marketing team.
  • Follow up via phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Reactivate old and inactive customers.
  • Generate new leads using online platforms and scraping tools.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Schedule meetings for sales team.
  • Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in lead generation or tele sales.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Excel, Google Sheets.
  • Experience with lead scraping tools is a plus.
  • Organized and target-oriented.
