We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive Total Facility Management (TFM) contract acquisition.
The role focuses on generating leads, acquiring new contracts, and expanding business in the FM sector.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new TFM business opportunities
Develop and maintain client relationships
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contract documentation
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery readiness
Achieve business development and revenue targets
Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Requirements
Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or related field
3–5 years UAE experience in FM sales or business development
Experience
- Facility Management Sales in UAE: 3 years (Required)
