Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced **Security Manager** to oversee and manage security operations across our facilities in Dubai.
The ideal candidate must hold a valid **SIRA certification**, possess **2–3 years of relevant experience**, and have a **valid UAE driving license**.
This role requires strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily security operations and personnel
- Ensure compliance with **SIRA regulations and UAE security standards**
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans
- Coordinate with law enforcement and regulatory authorities when required
- Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment performance
- Train, schedule, and evaluate security staff
- Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Handle emergencies, incidents, and investigations effectively
Requirements
- **SIRA Certification (Mandatory)**
- **2–3 years of experience** in security management or a similar role
- **Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)**
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and risk management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and access control systems
