Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Control access points and verify visitors, staff, and vehicle entries
- Conduct routine security inspections and report any unusual activities
- Operate CCTV systems and other security equipment effectively
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
- Maintain accurate daily occurrence books, reports, and incident records
- Ensure compliance with company safety and security procedures
- Assist employees and visitors with security-related support when required
- Coordinate with emergency services and management during incidents
- Monitor fire and safety systems and report any faults immediately
Requirements
- Valid SIRA Certificate is mandatory
- Previous experience in security services will be an advantage
- Good communication and observation skills
- Physically fit and able to work rotational shifts
- Professional appearance and disciplined conduct
- Basic knowledge of emergency response and safety procedures
- Ability to remain alert and handle situations calmly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial, residential, retail, or industrial security
- Familiarity with CCTV monitoring and access control systems
