Job Summary
We are looking for a **female** **Business Development Executive** fluent in **Englis** to handle client coordination and operational follow-up for our services, including company formation, PRO monthly packages, sponsorship changes, attestation, translation, financial and legal advisory, and business consultation.
The role ensures smooth processing of client requests by coordinating internally with departments and externally with government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Collect required documents and information from clients and guide them on procedures and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments (PRO, Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure timely processing of services.
- Track status of applications including:
- Company formation and license processing
- PRO monthly services
- Sponsorship change procedures
- Attestation and translation requests
- Renewals, amendments, and compliance services
- Maintain proper documentation and update service status reports.
- Follow up on pending approvals, payments, and government responses.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure high satisfaction.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience
- **Bachelor’s Degree** in any discipline.
- Experience in corporate services, PRO services, or client coordination is a Plus.
- Knowledge of local licensing, labor, and government procedures is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
