The opportunity
CADMATE is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to grow business across UAE construction, engineering, and consulting sectors.
This is a hunter sales role focused on identifying opportunities, opening new accounts, and closing B2B business.
The role owns the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
The role sells CADMATE software to contractors, engineering consultants, quantity surveyors, construction companies, and other engineering professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across UAE construction, engineering, and consulting sectors.
- Prospect and engage contractors, consultants, quantity surveyors, engineering firms, and construction companies.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline using the company CRM.
- Conduct customer meetings and field visits throughout the UAE.
- Understand customer workflows, business requirements, and existing software environments.
- Conduct tailored CADMATE product presentations and demonstrations.
- Position CADMATE against competing CAD and engineering software solutions.
