Role overview
CADMATE is seeking a Business Development Executive to grow business across UAE construction, engineering, and consulting sectors.
The role owns the complete B2B sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
The position sells CADMATE software to contractors, engineering consultants, quantity surveyors, construction companies, and engineering professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Identify opportunities, prospect customers, and build the sales pipeline using the company CRM.
- Conduct customer meetings and field visits throughout the UAE.
- Understand customer workflows and present CADMATE solutions tailored to customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and licence recommendations, then manage negotiations through closure.
- Achieve sales targets and develop relationships that generate renewals, upgrades, cross-selling, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, represent CADMATE at events, monitor competitors, and provide market feedback.
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years of UAE B2B sales or business development experience is requested, while freshers may also be considered.
