Role overview
CADMATE is hiring a Business Development Executive to grow business across UAE construction, engineering, and consulting sectors.
This is a hunter sales role covering prospecting, qualification, demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
The territory covers the UAE and Middle East, with sales to contractors, engineering consultants, quantity surveyors, and related organisations.
Work arrangement
- The role is full-time and based in person, with regular customer meetings and field visits throughout the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and engage prospective construction and engineering customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close opportunities.
- Maintain CRM records, meet sales targets, build long-term accounts, and support renewals and expansion.
- Represent CADMATE at exhibitions and industry events and provide market feedback to product and management teams.
