Job Summary
Business Development Executive responsible for lead generation, customer interaction, follow-up, business conversion, and sales target achievement.
The role supports education and EdTech sales through field visits, presentations, and customer relationship development.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify business opportunities.
- Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers.
- Promote and explain products, courses, and services.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and personal meetings.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Convert leads into admissions or sales and support revenue growth.
- Conduct presentations, promotional activities, seminars, and campaigns when required.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Submit sales and field activity reports.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
