Job Summary
Business Development Executive responsible for business growth, lead generation, client relationships, follow-ups, and sales conversion.
The role covers customer interaction, field visits, presentations, and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify business opportunities.
- Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers or clients.
- Promote and explain products, courses, and services.
- Build customer relationships and manage follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Convert leads into admissions or sales.
- Conduct presentations, promotional activities, seminars, and campaigns.
- Maintain lead, follow-up, meeting, and conversion records.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Submit sales and field activity reports.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Any bachelor's degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good relationship-building and follow-up skills.
