Role Overview

  • We are seeking a results driven Business Development Director to lead our growth initiatives and identify new business opportunities.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality or real estate industry, with a strong track record of developing strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's business development strategy in line with organizational objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, developers, and strategic partners.
  • Lead negotiations for commercial agreements, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop expansion plans and new business initiatives.
  • Prepare business cases, financial models, and feasibility studies for potential projects.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor business performance and provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in the hospitality or real estate sector.
  • Strong network of industry contacts within Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying, negotiating, and closing high value business opportunities.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in market analysis, strategic planning, and financial evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
