About The Role
- Operating within Learning and Leadership Enterprise, the Business Development Coordinator contributes to the growth and success of LLE by supporting the identification, development, and progression of partnership and commercial opportunities across domestic markets.
- Working under the direction of the Associate Dean Partnerships and the Partnerships Operations Manager, the Business Development Coordinator plays a key part in advancing LLE's enterprise and commercial activities and building a strong pipeline of partnership initiatives.
- The role requires agility, initiative, sound judgement, and strong problem solving capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertaking opportunity scoping, contributing to business case development, supporting the preparation of high quality proposals and tenders, and monitoring opportunity progression and pipeline activity.
- Contributing to the articulation and positioning of LLE partnership initiatives and education offerings, supporting engagement with partners and stakeholders across domestic markets.
- Through the application of market insight, strong coordination capability, and a proactive, solutions focused approach, supporting the growth and conversion of LLE's partnership pipeline, strengthening its market presence, and contributing to the successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.
Selection Criteria
- Relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or similar role.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Australian work rights for permanent roles.
What We Offer
- Total remuneration valued to $124,509 $134,699 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $105,212 $113,823 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable.
