Business Development Coordinator

• Collect and organize information for submissions to Chambers, The Legal 500, Law360, and similar publications
• Coordinate drafting and submission processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual conferences, seminars, and sponsorships
• Provide on-site and virtual event support as needed

• Maintain and update the firm’s CRM and experience database (Foundation)
• Support targeted outreach efforts by developing contact lists for business development initiatives

• Assist with the editing and production of newsletters and client communications
• Update and maintain marketing collateral, including relevant practice website pages, brochures, presentations, attorney bios, and experience lists
• Ensure all materials are polished, consistent, and aligned with firm branding

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 1 year of marketing, business development, or proposal experience, preferably within a professional services or law firm environment
• Experience with legal marketing and proposal processes preferred
• Familiarity with AI tools and marketing technologies preferred
• Experience with CRM systems and databases such as Foundation preferred
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and collaboratively
• Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential information

The anticipated base salary for this position is $58,298 to $75,000. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The firm may provide a discretionary bonus annually.
