About the Role
Refine Development Management is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the BD team in Dubai. You will qualify leads, manage CRM in Salesforce, conduct market research, and coordinate meetings.

Responsibilities
- Qualify all inbound leads against criteria and route to the right BD owner
- Log every lead in Salesforce and ensure none slip through the cracks
- Keep Salesforce fully updated after every meeting, call and email
- Maintain clean contact records, flag data gaps and run weekly CRM hygiene check
- Research developer, corporate and partner contacts
- Build and maintain UAE developer database
- Track new launches and wider market activity
- Prepare meeting briefs, confirmations, follow up summaries and action trackers
- Manage the BD calendar and draft outreach emails
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years in business development, lead qualification or similar BD facing role
- Excellent English (Tagalog is a strong plus)
- Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Confident with Microsoft Office and research tools; Salesforce experience preferred
- Tech savvy and quick to pick up new systems
- Based in Dubai and available to work on site

The Role
- You will be the engine room of our Business Development team, helping us generate and qualify new business from developers, investors and prospective partners.
- You will own the research, lead qualification, CRM and coordination that keep our pipeline sharp, while working closely with the BD Director and BD Manager.
- This is an ideal role for someone with early business development experience who wants ownership, exposure to senior stakeholders and a clear path towards a front line BD career.
What You’ll Do
