Responsibilities
- Qualify all inbound leads against criteria and route them to the right BD owner
- Log every lead in Salesforce and ensure none slip through the cracks
- Keep Salesforce fully updated after every meeting, call, and email
- Maintain clean contact records, flag data gaps, and run weekly CRM hygiene checks
- Research developer, corporate, and partner contacts
- Build and maintain UAE developer database
- Track new launches and wider market activity
- Prepare meeting briefs, confirmations, follow up summaries, and action trackers
- Manage BD calendar and draft outreach emails
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years in business development, lead qualification, or similar BD facing role
- Excellent English (Tagalog is a strong plus)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Confident with Microsoft Office and research tools; Salesforce experience preferred
- Tech savvy and quick to pick up new systems
- Based in Dubai and available to work on site

The Role
- You will be the engine room of our Business Development team, helping generate and qualify new business from developers, investors, and prospective partners.
- You will own research, lead qualification, CRM, and coordination that keep our pipeline sharp.
- This is an ideal role for someone with early BD experience who wants ownership, exposure to senior stakeholders, and a clear path to a front line BD career.
What You’ll Do
- Qualify all inbound leads against criteria and route them to the right BD owner.
