Business Development & Client Relationship Manager – Recruitment

Role Overview

Business Development

• Develop new business opportunities across the UAE and GCC through outbound prospecting and market research.
• Generate leads using cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and research.
• Engage HR leaders, hiring managers, founders, and business owners.
• Present recruitment solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and secure mandates.
• Build a consistent pipeline and convert prospects into paying clients.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary commercial contact for clients and conduct regular meetings and account reviews.
• Understand hiring plans, maintain communication, and support high client satisfaction.
• Manage recruitment agreements and terms of business.
• Develop existing accounts, generate repeat business, and expand relationships across departments and business units.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of business development experience in UAE recruitment, staffing, or HR services.
• Proven success winning new clients and generating recruitment business.
• Strong B2B sales, lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, pitching, and closing experience.
• Experience with senior decision-makers and strong understanding of the UAE recruitment market.
• An existing UAE/GCC client network is a strong advantage.
• The candidate should be target-driven, proactive, commercially minded, and able to work independently.

Compensation

• AED 5,000 per month plus high or uncapped commission.
• Earnings are linked to client and business generation performance.
