We are seeking a Business Development professional to generate new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships for UAE company formation, residency, visa, and corporate services.

- Identify and generate new business leads
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners and clients
- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective clients
- Promote UAE company setup, residency, visa, and related corporate services
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and partnership agreements
- Follow up on leads and convert them into clients
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports
- Attend networking events and industry meetings to expand business opportunities
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
Requirements
- Prior experience in Business Services in Dubai
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of opportunities
- Consultative and commercially driven approach to business development
- Proactive, results oriented, and motivated by achieving targets
- Experience working with international clients is an advantage

Job Description
