Job Overview
The role supports business development activities, client communication, lead generation, and daily sales and marketing work.
The position is intended for a confident, enthusiastic fresher who is willing to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, social media, and online platforms.
- Assist with lead generation and follow up with prospective clients.
- Communicate with clients and understand their basic requirements.
- Maintain follow-ups and update lead or customer information.
- Assist with quotations, presentations, and business proposals.
- Support online business development and marketing activities.
- Research companies, customers, markets, and business opportunities online.
- Maintain records and reports using MS Excel and MS Office.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements and follow-ups.
- Learn the company’s products or services and explain their basic features to customers.
Preferred Qualification
- BBA, BCA, or MCA candidates are preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
