Company Overview

  • A leading design and manufacturer of blast resistant modular buildings for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Utilities, Mining, Industrial and Infrastructure sectors worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional sales and business development strategy for APAC.
  • Generate new business opportunities across all company product lines.
  • Develop relationships with major Owner/Operators (OAM), EPC contractors, engineering consultants and industrial clients.
  • Target large capital projects within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy and Utilities sectors.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through contract award.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans for key customers.
  • Conduct regional market intelligence, monitoring upcoming projects, competitors and industry trends.
  • Drive prequalification with key Owner/Operators, EPC contractors and consultants.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and customer records using Zoho CRM.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and management reports.
  • Represent Company at industry events across APAC.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • 7–10 years' experience in business development or technical sales.
  • Proven experience selling project based engineered solutions or capital equipment.
  • Strong OAM and EPC network across the APAC region.
  • Extensive Oil & Gas and Utilities industry experience.
  • Experience developing strategic accounts and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Commercial negotiation and contract management experience.
  • Experience using Zoho CRM (or equivalent CRM platform).
  • Excellent communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the APAC region.

  • Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Utilities, Industrial Projects, Modular Buildings, Blast Resistant Buildings, E Houses, Control Buildings

Key Target Customers

  • Major Owner/Operators (OAM), Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contractors, Engineering Consultants, Utility Companies, Power Generation Companies, Industrial End Users
