Role Overview
Support business analysis and data activities on ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
Work alongside senior consultants to build hands-on ServiceNow experience.
This is not an ETL or data-migration-lead role.
Key Responsibilities
- Join discovery workshops with HR and business stakeholders to capture requirements.
- Document current-state and future-state HR processes, case types, and reporting needs.
- Collect and review HR data for missing values, duplicates, inconsistent formats, and other quality issues.
- Prepare data mappings, dictionaries, and business rules with guidance from the HRSD consultant.
- Prepare user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
- Support UAT, defect follow-up, and go-live readiness.
Requirements
- Ability to support business analysis and data activities on ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
- Ability to gather requirements from HR and business stakeholders during discovery workshops.
- Ability to document current-state and future-state HR processes, case types, and reporting needs.
- Ability to review HR data for missing values, duplicates, inconsistent formats, and other quality issues.
- Ability to prepare data mappings, dictionaries, and business rules with consultant guidance.
- Ability to prepare user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
