The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, integrate, and structure complex clinical, operational, and financial datasets from multiple systems.
• Lead data quality assessment, validation, and reconciliation for executive reporting.
• Independently analyze trends, drivers, costs, performance, and operational efficiency opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and visual outputs such as Power BI and translate insights into recommendations.
• Support cost savings and process optimization initiatives through targeted data analysis.
• Automate, standardize, and improve data flows and reporting processes.
• Partner with Finance, Laboratory Operations, Digital and Data teams, and operational leaders.
• Provide financial analysis, forecasts, monthly variance analysis, and spending commentary.
• Lead or develop cost-benefit analyses and business cases for operational scenarios and special projects.
