Overview

  • The Grand Flora Group is looking for an exceptional Business Assistant to support the Chairman in managing daily business operations and executive priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman's schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external business partners.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Follow up on projects and ensure timely execution.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Business Assistant to senior management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent English & Hindi communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Confident, energetic, and proactive personality.
  • Well groomed with a polished professional appearance.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced executive environment.

Salary
