About the Role
Virtusa is seeking a Business Analyst for Cash Management Platform initiatives. You will gather and document business requirements, work with corporate banking stakeholders, and design solutions across payments, collections, liquidity, and digital channels.

- Engage with corporate banking (WBG), operations, and product teams to gather requirements
- Analyze current state cash management processes
- Define future state solutions
- Prepare BRD, FSD, and user stories
- Act as bridge between business and IT
- Conduct workshops and discovery sessions
- Coordinate with vendors
- Define test cases and scenarios, support SIT and UAT
- Track defects and closures
- Support implementation lifecycle, assist in training and go live, provide post go live support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- 8–10 years banking experience
- Minimum 5 years of Cash Management Platform experience (e.g., Intellect, Oracle, Infosys, AurionPro)
- Cash management and payments knowledge
- Process mapping and documentation skills
- Stakeholder communication skills
- Knowledge of API Integration (REST/SOAP), File Formats (XML, ISO, CSV), Data Mapping & Interface specification

Role Overview
- The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for Cash Management Platform (CMP) initiatives.
- Works closely with corporate banking stakeholders, operations, IT teams and Vendor to design and deliver solutions across payments, collections, liquidity, and digital channels.
