- Proven experience gathering and managing requirements in complex, multi stakeholder environments
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments
- Exposure to business transformation, process improvement, and enterprise applications

Role Overview

- Stay updated on digital transformation trends, tools, and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- 6 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst within digital transformation, technology, or enterprise projects.
- Proven experience gathering and managing requirements in complex, multi stakeholder environments.
- Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project environments.
- Exposure to business transformation, process improvement, and enterprise applications.
- Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMI PBA, Agile Business Analysis Certification.
- Technical skills: BRD/FRD, User Stories, BPMN, UML, Process Mapping, UAT, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Miro, Azure DevOps.
