Role Overview
The Business Analyst will work in the CRM Consulting practice and translate business needs into clear requirements, solution artifacts, and testable outcomes.
The role involves collaboration with clients, consultants, delivery managers, architects, developers, and data teams throughout project delivery.
Discovery and Analysis
- Lead client-facing discovery workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to understand business objectives, challenges, and user needs.
- Analyze processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities, and produce current-state and future-state process documentation.
- Define and prioritize business, functional, data, reporting, and integration requirements.
- Evaluate solution options with consultants and technical teams and communicate trade-offs.
