Who we need

  • We are looking for a Business Analyst, Technology and Operations to bridge Technology and Operations with business stakeholders.
  • This is a full time hybrid role based in Toronto.

As our new Business Analyst, you will

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across operations, IT, and compliance.
  • Lead discovery and workflow mapping sessions to map current state processes and recommend improvements.
  • Assess potential solutions, provide feedback on feasibility, and identify risks and priorities.
  • Develop test cases, coordinate UAT, and ensure requirements are validated and traceable.
  • Support project delivery and vendor coordination, manage timelines, and communicate progress.

You have

  • Post secondary degree or diploma in business administration, information technology, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in business analysis or similar role, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and system implementation.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing demands under pressure.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Visio.
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate technical language for non technical audience.
  • Familiarity with SQL is an asset.
  • Familiarity with CRMs, LMS, and ERP systems.

Compensation philosophy

  • Minimum annual salary of CAD 75,000, midpoint of CAD 80,000, maximum of CAD 85,000.
  • Offers based on skills, experience, and role complexity.
