- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across operations, IT, and compliance
- Lead discovery and workflow mapping sessions to map current state processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Assess potential solutions, provide feedback on feasibility, and identify risks and priorities
- Develop test cases, coordinate UAT, and ensure requirements are validated and traceable
- Support project delivery and vendor coordination, manage timelines, and communicate progress
Requirements
- Post secondary degree or diploma in business administration, information technology, or related field
- Relevant experience in business analysis or similar role, including gathering and translating business requirements, process mapping, and supporting system implementation or integration projects
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing demands under pressure
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Visio
- Exceptional communication skills to translate technical language for non technical audience
- Familiarity with SQL is an asset
- Familiarity with CRMs, LMS, and ERP systems

As our new Business Analyst, you will

Compensation philosophy
- Minimum annual salary of CAD 75,000, midpoint of CAD 80,000, maximum of CAD 85,000.
