- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Support the development and review of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to capture business needs and objectives
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate with business users, project teams, and technical stakeholders to clarify requirements
- Support project managers with planning, tracking, and project coordination activities
- Maintain requirements documentation, meeting notes, and project artifacts
- Assist in validating proposed solutions against business requirements
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and requirements traceability
- Contribute to project reporting and stakeholder communications as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar business analysis role
- Experience supporting project management and project delivery activities
- Experience working on SAP related projects or engagements
- Experience developing and maintaining Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and related functional documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
