Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for Retail Banking / Corporate Banking projects
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
- Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate communication between business and IT teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services
- Strong understanding of Retail Banking / Corporate Banking, Digital Banking, Customer Onboarding, Customer Lifecycle Management, Core Banking Systems
- Proven experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder management
- Hands on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and SQL
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Previous experience in UAE banking institutions or international/Western corporate environments (preferred)
- Knowledge of banking APIs, Open Banking, FinTech integrations, and digital transformation initiatives (preferred)
- Professional certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI PBA, Scrum Master, or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience across the full customer journey, including onboarding, servicing, retention, and lifecycle optimization (preferred)
