Responsibilities
- Act as bridge between clinical operations, data and technology to ensure systems align with clinical and business needs
- Lead process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow redesign to identify improvement and automation opportunities
- Support and scale automation initiatives (RPA)
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, data and IT partners
- Drive continuous improvement by standardizing processes and workflows
- Lead development testing (UAT), implementation, and adoption of new system and automation solutions
- Coordinate work activities related to data collection and production of key performance metrics reports
- Verify accuracy, consistency and integrity of data
- Provide detailed multi source data analysis, interpretation and advice
- Prepare strategic documents for program service planning including briefing papers and business cases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related discipline
- 5 to 7 years of recent related experience in decision support, data analysis and/or healthcare management
- Demonstrated knowledge of the healthcare system
- Demonstrated ability to analyze clinical, administrative and financial data
- Understanding of relational and multi dimensional database concepts
- Working knowledge of health care economics and statistics

Job Summary

- We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in advancing clinical systems, workflow optimization, and automation.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the bridge between clinical operations, data and technology
- Lead process mapping, requirements gathering, and workflow redesign

Responsibilities
- Coordinates work activities related to data collection and production of key performance metrics reports
- Verifies accuracy, consistency and integrity of data
- Provides detailed multi source data analysis, interpretation and advice
- Documents reports on data quality and provides recommendations
- Collaborates with staff to identify reporting needs and analyze current processes
- Provides work direction and expert advice on automated tools
- Prepares strategic documents for program service planning
- Provides expertise during information system implementation
- Develops annual performance plans
- Participates on internal/external committee meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Economics, Statistics, Computer Science or related discipline
- Five to seven years’ recent related experience in decision support, data analysis and/or health care management
- Demonstrated knowledge of the health care system
- Demonstrated ability to analyze clinical, administrative and financial data
- Understanding of relational and multi dimensional database concepts
- Working knowledge of health care economics and statistics
Salary
- CAD 38.88 CAD 55.89 per hour
