Role Overview
The Business Analyst, Process Improvement will improve and simplify New Product Setup workstreams within Appian.
The role focuses on workflow simplification, field usage and governance, and standardization across regions and ERPs.
The initial focus is New Product Setup, with potential expansion to additional processes.
Responsibilities
- Support future-state process design for New Product Setup workstreams adopted by Appian.
- Identify workflow simplification opportunities and eliminate inefficient current-state process steps.
- Drive field rationalization and improve field usage and governance across workstreams.
- Recommend process standardization across regions and ERPs where appropriate.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Document ways of working for consistent and scalable process execution.
