Working under the direction of the Technology, Implementation, and Client Services teams, this position translates program requirements into functional forms, workflows, testing data, documentation, and training materials within IMPACT, ACCESS, WellSky CareTend , and related systems.
The Program Integration Lead builds and tests forms and workflows for proprietary systems, prepares test data for new dispensing programs, conducts system demonstrations, trains manufacturer and business partners, supports data-governance activities, and provides implementation and post-launch support.

This is a lead-level individual contributor position and does not necessarily include direct employee supervision.
The Program Integration Lead may coordinate implementation activities, facilitate testing and training, and provide workflow and data guidance to internal employees and external partners.
This job may operate in a professional office environment and/or remotely from the employee’s home address listed in their employee file.
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
When telecommuting employees must have reliable internet access in order to access required systems and software associated with the position's responsibilities.
The amount of time the employee is expected to work per day or pay period will not change as a result of participation in the teleworking program.
Employees are responsible for the set-up of their home office environment, including physical set-up, internet connection, phone line, electricity, good lighting, comfortable temperature, furniture, etc.
