The analyst works across Business, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Shariah Governance teams.
Requirements and Analysis
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases.
- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and gap analysis.
- Perform impact assessments for product enhancements, regulatory changes, and process improvements.
Delivery Support
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
- Support solution design, implementation, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and production rollout.
- Coordinate with vendors and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support post-go-live stabilisation and issue resolution.
Requirements
