Role scope

Planning and delivery management

• Develop and maintain the integrated project plan, work breakdown structure, schedule, and critical path across LOS, LMS, and collections workstreams.
• Manage scope, milestones, and deliverables across phased go-live waves.
• Drive day-to-day delivery, sprint cadence, and resource planning across business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Track and report project progress, CAPEX, OPEX, and quality-gate readiness.

Loan origination migration

• Manage LOS migration from Newgen IBPS to Flowable.
• Cover onboarding, application capture, straight-through-processing journeys, credit decisioning, policy rules, and BPMN approval workflows.

Loan management migration

• Manage LMS migration from Nucleus LMS v3.3 to FinnOne Neo.
• Cover servicing, repayment scheduling, accrual, GL and accounting, deferral, rescheduling, write-off, and closure.

Collections migration

• Manage collections migration from Intellect to FinnOne Neo.
• Cover delinquency management, bucketing, dunning, collections workflows, allocation, field and tele-calling, promise-to-pay, and legal or recovery processes.

Lending and integration scope

• Oversee KYC, AML, documentation, and disbursement handoff to core banking.
• Manage conventional retail lending products on FinnOne Neo and Islamic retail lending products on Finacle 11.x, including Murabaha and Ijara.
• Coordinate integrations across core banking, credit bureau, e-KYC, payments, GL, channels, and dialer or collections tools.

Platforms and domains

• The role covers Newgen IBPS, Flowable, Nucleus LMS v3.3, FinnOne Neo, Intellect, Finacle 11.x, BPMN workflows, retail lending, Islamic finance, and financial systems integration.

Requirements

• Knowledge of loan origination, loan management, and collections platforms and workflows.
• Experience coordinating phased go-live waves, legacy migration, and cross-functional delivery workstreams.
• Understanding of retail lending, including conventional products and Islamic products such as Murabaha and Ijara.
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, documentation, disbursement, and core banking handoff processes.
• Knowledge of integrations across core banking, credit bureau, e-KYC, payments, GL, channels, and collections tools.
