Core Architecture and Analysis Activities
- Support Business Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Gather business requirements and create functional specifications.
- Map business processes and perform gap analysis.
- Define user stories.
- Manage stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
Domain and Delivery Expertise
- Apply knowledge of digital banking, SME and corporate banking, payments, and banking channels.
- Support regulatory and compliance projects, including CPF.
- Work within Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Review test scenarios and track defects.
- Provide go-live support.
Requirements
- Experience with Business Acceptance Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Ability to gather business requirements and produce functional specifications.
- Ability to perform business process mapping and gap analysis.
- Ability to define user stories.
