Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements workshops and working sessions with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, clarify, and validate business needs
- Responsible for the development and documentation of functional requirements (user stories, use cases) and non functional requirements (data, reporting, security, and governance), ensuring completeness, accuracy, and traceability
- Prepare and present requirements status updates, risks, dependencies, and decisions to stakeholders through meetings, workshops, and reporting forums
- Identify and document system integration points, including upstream and downstream dependencies between applications
- Elicit and document integration requirements across internal teams and external vendors where applicable
- Conduct peer reviews of requirements documentation, process maps, and artifacts to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to standards
- Coordinate and provide guidance and alignment to Business Analyst resources assigned to initiatives, ensuring alignment in approach and deliverables
- Define expected business outcomes, benefits, and success metrics for initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders
- Ensure traceability between business objectives, requirements, and delivered solutions
Requirements
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a RAIC (Restricted Area Identification Card)
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- 6 8 years of progressive project experience culminating in leading large scale, multi stakeholder projects
- Familiarity with SDLC frameworks and applied experience working with Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present concepts with various level of complexity to both technical and non technical stakeholders
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically
- Proven ability to gather and refine project requirements, ensuring clear understanding and seamless collaboration across technical and business audiences

What do you need to bring

What additional skills are an asset
- Bilingual in English and French.
- CBAP Certification or equivalent will be considered an asset.
- Experience using Jira in requirements management and tracking.
- Good understanding of APIs and the ability to understand their technical documentation.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
- Working experience with Microsoft Co Pilot.
Salary
- Band 10: CAD 118,735.50 per year.
Work environment
- Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH). Employees must be available to work in office five (5) days a week to meet business requirements.
