About the Role

Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirements workshops and working sessions to gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements
- Develop and maintain functional and non functional requirements documentation
- Define, prioritize, and validate business requirements for large and complex initiatives
- Assess requirement changes, identify impacts, and maintain alignment between business objectives and project scope
- Prepare and present requirements updates, risks, dependencies, and recommendations
- Define performance measures, reporting requirements, and success criteria
- Validate proposed solutions against documented requirements
- Apply business analysis standards and contribute to continuous improvement
- Assign and oversee business analysis activities across project initiatives
Requirements
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a RAIC
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
- 6 8 years of progressive project experience leading large scale, multi stakeholder projects
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present concepts to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Advanced requirements elicitation and analysis skills
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to think critically and strategically
- Proven ability to gather and refine project requirements
- Bilingual in English and French considered an asset
- CBAP or PMP certification considered an asset
