Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD/FSD, use cases, process flows)
- Provide functional expertise on Finacle (10.x / 11.x) modules – CASA, Loans, Payments, CIF
- Define and validate functional solutions, ensuring alignment with Finacle product capabilities
- Collaborate with technical teams for customization and integration design (APIs, middleware, external systems)
- Prepare test scenarios, support SIT/UAT, and ensure business signoffs
- Assist in production issue analysis, RCA validation, and defect resolution
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders (Business, IT, Vendors) and manage communication/escalations
Requirements
- 5–10 years of overall experience
- Minimum 3–5 years hands on experience in Finacle Core Banking
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field
- Strong functional knowledge of Finacle (10.x / 11.x)
- Banking domain expertise (Retail / Corporate Banking)
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing
- Understanding of integrations (APIs, middleware, data flows)
- Basic SQL / database knowledge
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills

Role Summary
