- Facilitate workshops, interviews, process reviews, and requirements gathering sessions.
- Document current state and future state business processes.

- Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to support solution design and delivery.
- Analyze workflow processes, approvals, lifecycle stages, and system behavior.
- Produce high quality documentation including business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, user stories, test scenarios.
- Identify, track, and manage project risks, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
- Support testing activities including system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Contribute to modernization initiatives by promoting standardized, out of the box platform capabilities.
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of Business Analyst (BA/BSA) experience
- Experience working with workflow driven enterprise applications
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience
- Experience analyzing end to end business processes and system workflows
- Knowledge of workflow concepts including process flows, approvals, lifecycle management, business process automation
- Experience working in Agile or Hybrid delivery environments
- Hands on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technology stakeholders
- IBM TRIRIGA experience (nice to have)
- Pega or other BPM/workflow platform experience (nice to have)
- Enterprise Real Estate platform experience (nice to have)

Job Overview

- Contract Duration: August 17, 2026 – October 30, 2026
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, Core Business Hours
- Pay Rate: Up to CAD 41/hour T4 + 4% Vacation Pay

About the Role
- We are seeking experienced Business Analysts to support a major Enterprise Real Estate Technology Modernization Program focused on workflow driven enterprise applications.
- This role is ideal for a hands on Business Analyst who can effectively bridge business and technology teams while working within large, complex enterprise environments.
- Candidates with experience working in workflow based platforms such as IBM TRIRIGA, Pega, BPM, or similar enterprise applications are highly preferred.

Required Qualifications Must Have
