About the Role

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Product and business heads to gather, clarify, and document project requirements
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, workflows, and supporting documentation
- Act as the bridge between business and technology teams to ensure requirements are understood and delivered correctly
- Facilitate requirement discussions, follow ups, and clarification sessions with stakeholders across departments
- Support the planning and delivery of digital product, operational, and internal system projects
- Create and maintain project timelines, action trackers, delivery plans, and status updates
- Use Jira or similar project management tools to track tasks, tickets, priorities, dependencies, and progress
- Coordinate with product, design, development, QA, operations, and business teams to keep projects moving forward
- Identify blockers, risks, and scope gaps early, and escalate where needed with clear recommendations
- Support initiatives related to fintech products, trading platforms, client portals, back office systems, automation, and digital workflows
- Apply strong AI familiarity to identify practical opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and smarter product or process design
- Prepare clear project updates, meeting notes, requirement summaries, and progress reports for the Head of Product and senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Project Management, or digital product delivery
- Experience within fintech, financial services, trading, payments, SaaS, or another digital product environment
- Strong ability to gather requirements from senior stakeholders and convert them into clear, structured documentation
- Good understanding of product development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum ways of working, and cross functional delivery
- Hands on experience using Jira or similar project management and ticketing tools
- Strong project timeline management skills
- Strong AI capabilities and familiarity with AI tools, automation use cases, and practical AI applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities

About the Role
- We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Product team in our Dubai office.
- This role will report to the Head of Product and will act as a key communication point between business and technology teams across the company.
- The successful candidate will work closely with department heads and business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand project objectives, define clear deliverables, and support the delivery of digital product, fintech, and AI enabled initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience within fintech, financial services, trading, payments, SaaS, or another digital product environment.
- Strong ability to gather requirements from senior stakeholders and convert them into clear, structured documentation.
- Good understanding of product development lifecycles, Agile/Scrum ways of working, and cross functional delivery.
- Hands on experience using Jira or similar project management and ticketing tools.
- Strong project timeline management skills, with the ability to track actions, dependencies, blockers, and delivery progress.
- Strong AI capabilities and familiarity with AI tools, automation use cases, and practical AI applications in business or product environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with department heads, product teams, and technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities at once.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Forex, CFDs, trading platforms, brokerage operations, or financial markets is advantageous.
- Experience documenting user journeys, process flows, wireframes, BRDs, functional specifications, or API related requirements.
- Experience supporting UAT, QA coordination, production releases, or product change management.
- Comfortable working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, Google Workspace, and AI productivity tools.
