- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills

Job Summary
- We are looking for a Techno Functional Business Analyst with strong experience in digital banking platforms and credit card journeys.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in gathering business requirements, mapping digital process flows, and working within Agile delivery environments to support credit card onboarding and servicing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Design and optimize digital process flows for credit card onboarding and servicing journeys.
