Requirements

- Experience in technology transformation
- Experience in data governance / data platform implementation
- Proven hands on delivery experience (not just governance or reporting)
- Experience in banking / financial services highly preferred
- Experience delivering Data Management Framework or similar programs
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Agile / SAFe certification preferred
- Exposure to regulatory environments (CBUAE, BCBS 239) preferred
- Basic to intermediate understanding of data governance concepts, data quality processes, data lineage and metadata
