Business Analyst – Cash Management & Corporate Channels

Role Overview

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or business management.
• At least 8 years of experience, including at least 6 years in cash management or corporate channel systems.
• Relevant certifications such as ECBA, CBAP, or CSM are advantageous.
• Experience with Escrow Management Systems, real-estate escrow processes, virtual accounts, and banking regulatory compliance requirements is highly advantageous.
• Experience in cash management or corporate channel systems is required.
• Experience documenting user journeys, user stories, and BRDs is essential.
• Strong stakeholder management skills are necessary.
• Experience with both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies is required.
• Comprehensive knowledge of transaction banking products and corporate channels is required.

Key Accountabilities

• Create business requirements and solutions for key stakeholders with the GTx team.
• Conduct quality assurance on deliveries within GTx payment platforms.
• Support deliveries using either Waterfall or Agile models.
• Engage SMEs, end users, and vendors to identify, document, and validate requirements.
• Support development of user stories and requirements for payment, corporate channel, and escrow-related systems.
• Produce test scenarios, scripts, UAT documentation, and custom test data.
• Execute UAT against approved requirements, user stories, or solution designs.
• Collaborate with SMEs and product owners to prioritize and shape the product backlog.
• Highlight issues and challenges related to product sign-off after testing.
• Validate and update business processes during UAT execution.
• Analyze business requirements and gather additional information when needed.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and monitor post-production projects as part of BAU.
