Role Overview
Oversee ongoing bank projects and help ensure project requirements, deadlines, schedules, and deliverables are met.
Support cash management, corporate channel, payment platform, and escrow-related systems delivery.
The role may assume Scrum Master or Product Owner responsibilities when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, business management, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience, including at least 6 years in cash management or corporate channel systems.
- Certifications such as ECBA, CBAP, or CSM are advantageous.
- Escrow management systems, real-estate escrow, virtual accounts, and banking regulatory compliance experience are highly advantageous.
- Experience documenting user journeys and user stories or BRDs is essential.
- Strong stakeholder management skills are necessary.
- Experience with both Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies is required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of transaction banking products and corporate channels is required.
Key Accountabilities
- Create high-quality business requirements and solutions for key stakeholders with the GTx team.
- Conduct quality assurance on deliveries within GTx payment platforms.
- Support delivery using either waterfall or Agile models.
- Engage SMEs, end users, and vendors to identify, document, and validate requirements for payment, corporate channel, and escrow solutions.
- Assist with user stories and requirements for the wider team.
- Produce test scenarios, scripts, UAT documentation, and custom test data.
- Execute UAT against approved business requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
- Prioritize and shape the product backlog with business SMEs and product owners.
- Highlight issues related to product sign-off after testing.
- Validate and update business processes during UAT according to business requirements.
- Analyze business requirements and gather additional information when necessary.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and monitor post-production projects as part of BAU.
