Role Overview
Brabners is seeking a Business Analyst / Case Management Developer for its technology team.
The role combines business analysis, process improvement, solution design, system configuration, testing, and user adoption.
The position supports legal technology solutions from initial idea through implementation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze processes, workflows, and systems and recommend practical improvements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and document current-state and future-state processes.
- Gather requirements and create specifications, process maps, use cases, and user stories.
- Configure and enhance case management workflows, forms, and automations.
- Conduct system, integration, and UAT testing.
- Support rollouts, user training, adoption, post-implementation monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Support enhancements, incident resolution, and development requests through the technology backlog.
About You
- Candidates may come from a Business Analyst or Case Management Developer background.
- Experience within the legal sector and comfort working across business and technical environments are required.
