Role Purpose
Lead digital transformation initiatives within Business Banking.
Define and deliver digital onboarding, workflow automation, self-service journeys, API integrations, and AI-enabled customer experiences.
Apply business banking expertise and digital channel experience to platform modernization.
Digital Transformation
- Lead business analysis activities for digital banking initiatives.
- Design end-to-end digital customer journeys.
- Drive automation opportunities across onboarding and servicing processes.
- Identify process improvement and digitization opportunities.
Business Banking Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Business Banking.
- Strong knowledge of Corporate Customer Lifecycle Management.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Account Maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance controls.
Digital Channel Experience
- Internet Banking and Mobile Banking.
- Workflow platforms, CRM systems, and BPM solutions.
- API-based integrations and OCR or IDP solutions.
- UAE Pass integration.
- AI and automation platforms.
Requirements Management
- Convert business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, wireframes, and business rules.
- Define integration requirements and system interactions.
- Work closely with Solution Architects and Engineering teams.
Agile Delivery
- Manage the product backlog.
- Support sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Participate in solution design discussions.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 7 years as a Business Analyst.
- At least 4 years in Digital Banking or Business Banking Transformation.
- Strong understanding of business banking operations, corporate onboarding, KYC/AML compliance, risk and regulatory processes, and customer journey design.
- Knowledge of APIs, integration concepts, BPM or workflow solutions, digital banking platforms, data mapping, system interfaces, AI and automation use cases, and reporting and analytics.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Visio or Draw.io.
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL and Power BI experience are preferred.
- Experience delivering digital banking transformation programs is preferred.
- Agile or Scrum certification is preferred.
- UAE or GCC banking experience is preferred.
- Experience with AI-enabled onboarding and workflow automation solutions is preferred.
