Role Purpose
Act as a Business Banking subject matter expert.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across Business Banking products and services.
Work with Product, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams.
Business Analysis and Requirements
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct requirement workshops with business and operations teams.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.
Business Banking Expertise
- Lead initiatives related to Customer Onboarding and KYC.
- Lead initiatives related to Account Maintenance.
- Lead initiatives related to Customer Due Diligence.
- Lead initiatives related to Cash Management.
Stakeholder Management
- Work with Product Owners, Business Users, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and IT teams.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement walkthrough sessions.
- Manage requirement change requests and impact assessments.
Testing and Delivery
- Support SIT and UAT activities.
- Prepare test scenarios and business validation scripts.
- Participate in production readiness and post-implementation support.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 6 years of Business Analysis experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Business Banking, SME Banking, or Corporate Banking.
- Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
- Knowledge of KYC and AML, FATCA and CRS, business account opening, and corporate customer servicing.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Visio or Draw.io.
Preferred Qualifications
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certification is preferred.
- UAE or GCC banking experience is preferred.
