Role Overview
Support new features and enhancements in the Business Banking domain through requirements analysis, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to align on business goals.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support development of wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and data privacy laws.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Business Banking features and enhancements.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Working knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations and applicable data privacy laws for the role's deliverables.
- Ability to support user acceptance testing, including planning, execution, and defect tracking.
